Responsibilities:
3 J. H% x7 I) E" \, Y0 `' @( L% R• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;7 m! x, U8 @. ~* r1 F5 S+ u& ]
• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;
! V. X: T8 J' e• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;8 `3 R; M9 d \9 g" ?/ k
• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;: m! P. b, [1 K: q0 S! {& Y
• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;
0 Q- A4 O g9 [5 k• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.1 Z5 H# ?& Q) T3 E( j$ Z6 d

; L, Q% @0 I+ i% Q, J• College or bachelor degree above;
- d5 ^5 o3 _' U6 T8 a) }$ @• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;0 Q8 J* }2 w( m$ t+ Y5 g# w) H$ B( c
• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)% [% v. d' e- N8 C- I! o
• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;- s9 f( A& d g3 A
• Responsible and reliable# ] v1 \% _ |1 R. s' f) U! T
• To apply Recruitment Specialist: 3 to 5 years working experience in recruiting, headhunting and in-house HR recruitment will be preferred;( f: E, {& Q$ D4 @1 ~( s; j. k
• To apply Recruitment coordinator: 1 to 2 years HR working experience;
