Essential Functions (Responsibilities):0 L" U7 Q& X( `( Z5 ]
- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues:' g1 z4 |: a) V; L% g: O0 e/ K/ c
- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods
  h2 U6 X7 d. |! a& W) g3 f- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs3 z" f' P6 L1 t% Q. H
- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues.9 C- O6 r1 @2 q! u
- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.2 Z+ L) Y0 }) y8 o$ s
- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager.
0 B+ b! @& t3 J: D- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees# Y, r( g3 n/ |& s- z* i- X
-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office
- i: g2 e6 _9 y( g1 j! T0 x2 A-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required.. t  Z  E2 j5 Q# s
- Provide Professional HR support and value-added consultation to top management on daily business operations
- }( n% q* }# ~  ?- Z  c% A8 V4 N# L0 B& }1 ]! F% \
Qualifications / Requirements:
9 M0 B; J7 v1 [( V7 p5 f0 m8 W
: l; ^6 h) S" Q' j- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience.
' ~# v" w( w1 t1 X. B) Q- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters
0 d# @4 X, f" @: e6 F- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment
- j! J# d$ L! G6 y) H8 x- Structured, analytical way of working motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment.8 c) d3 G) d( I+ t" A& E' f( x
- Languages: fluent English speaking
